Support in your home and community

We believe that everyone should be supported in a way that meets their individual needs and aspirations. That's why our support services are flexible and focused around you. Whether you have a personal budget, pay for support through direct payment, or source support through your social worker, we will work with you to make sure you're supported in the way that you want to be.

‘When my doctor said I was overweight, Becky, my Support Worker, taught me how to make healthy meals and helped me exercise more. Now I walk to and from every football game I watch, which is four miles.’ Sharon, Leicester

Support in your home

Whether you need personal care, help preparing healthy meals, assistance with staying on top of bills, or emotional support, our trained Support Workers will support you to live as independently as possible. We will work with you to plan your support and help you achieve your goals. And as your needs and aspirations change, we will change the way we support you, so it is always delivered in the right way, at the right time.

Support in the community

Playing an active part in the community can improve your health and well-being, but we understand that sometimes it can be challenging or feel overwhelming. We will support you to access activities and opportunities within your community, and work with you to overcome any barriers that are preventing you from getting out and about. We also organise trips and holidays away, as well as creative groups in some areas, such as writing, drama, music, and art workshops.
